If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

1. About Return
  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If your item is posted back to us, within 30 days of you receiving it, we will refund any full-price or discounted sale item (as long as in original condition). If they are posted back outside of this period, we will offer store credit. 

    2.Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account, as per your request.
    • The returned merchandise must be the merchandise sold in our store. If it is not sold in our shop or other counterfeit products, no return or refund will be made!

    3.How do I make a return?

      4.Returns Request:

      • Items must include original packaging(We ship all the products in the package)
      • For quality related return claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
      • For non-quality related return claims, GiDi BoHo refunds the cost of the product itself
      • Returns and Refunds may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
