Shipping Policy

1. Where do we arrange the shipment from?

  • We have overseas warehouses in the United States now. We will arrange the delivery in time according to the principle of proximity. If the product is sold out or these warehouses are not in stock, we will arrange to ship it from our country.(If you want to know where your package is being shipped from, or if a warehouse near you has it in stock, please contact me before placing an order!)

 

2. Shipping time and shipping costs

Note: 

  • Because logistics is affected by weather and holidays, sometimes it may exceed the above time range, please understand!
  • Warehouse colleagues do not go to work on weekends, so weekend orders will be delayed until Monday delivery!
  • Because some countries cannot use our express and standard logistics channels, such as India, Ukraine and other countries, the logistics time will be extended!
 

3.How will my goods be shipped?

  • 4PX/Yun Express/Singapore Post/USPS/DHL and Other Standard Shipping is our shipping methods.

 

4.If I order multiple items, will they be delivered at the same time?

  • We try to ensure that all your items arrive at the same time. Sometimes, our products are not always sent together, because different shipping methods may be used and stock of products may not be available, need to ship from another warehouse, depending on the product.

 

5.After the package is shipped out, can I change the delivery address of the package?

  • Unfortunately, once the product is on the road, we will not be able to change the shipment. So please make sure your delivery address is correct!

 

6.What should I do when I receive a product that is different from the product I ordered?

7.The product I received is not working properly, can it be replaced?

  • Certainly! If there is a problem with the package you received, please contact us in time after you sign for the package! 
  • After we receive your return package, we will reschedule the delivery to you!

Note:

  • Due to the different customs policies of each country, You may be charged customs duties by your country's customs office when we arrange delivery to you.(Our logistics channels are generally able to handle customs clearance, and you do not need to pay additional tariffs. However, for example, in Brazil, all of our logistics channels are unable to handle customs clearance!)
